Ostern am Kuxberg by Josef-Peter Römer
Memories of Easter in Germany. When I lived in East Germany (DDR) around the first grade, I used to draw easter scenes of the Easter Rabbit that he lived in a great big Egg Shell, with a chimney. Along with the apartment house where I lived in, and my childhood girl friend Gisela, who lived in the house way back on the right side top of the painting, she still live there with here family. That is me coming through "The Time Portal". The Open Egg by the Stream with the little kitty in it is actually a little Kitty that died by my House when i was painting this picture. So I put the little Tyke in the painting. This painting also includes a Natural Maple Wood Clear Lacquer Floater Frame.
